• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, text messages, etc;
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Developing innovative strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels;
• Handling complaints professionally
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Updating customers on order statuses regularly
• Assisting customers with placing orders through our website/mobile app
• Analyzing data from customer feedback surveys and making necessary improvements based on the results. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written
• Experience using web-based applications such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects within tight deadlines
